By the grace of God and by the power of the Holy Spirit,

Christ Community Church aspires to be obedient to the direction

God is giving the church through its leadership

 We believe that in the fall of 2008 Christ Community Church will:

• Be worshipping on our new campus located 1.5 miles north of the Pinehurst Traffic Circle on Highway 15/501.  We anticipate 175 people gathering together weekly in worship.
• Be experiencing a vibrant sense of community with 70% of our adults participating in small groups.  Small groups will be dynamic places of intergenerational fellowship, with seniors and singles active in participation and leadership.  Small groups will be a primary place for people to discover and use their spiritual gifts, and a place to build new leaders.
• Have a thriving discipling ministry to families, youth and children.  We have families in our church won to Christ through our evangelistic outreach, and we will be actively discipling parents, youth and children.  Our ministries and membership will understand and embrace the mission, values, and vision and strategies of our church.
• Have a visible presence in the Sandhills region through our outreach and restoration (Jesus as the one who restores lives, marriages, families broken by sin, life-controlling issues, etc.) ministries.
• Have a global perspective of God's work in the world through our missionary support (up-to-date communication, financial and prayer support, etc.) and short-term mission projects for our adults, youth and families.
• Experience worship services known for its heart-felt, seamless flow, and utilizes technology and the arts in creative ways to exalt God and transform lives.
• Have ministries led by godly leaders, trained, equipped and supported in their service.  The leadership base of the church will be strong, with leaders working in accordance with their spiritual "SHAPE" (Spiritual gift, Heart/passion, Abilities, Personality, Experience).
